Donna Kramer
I came to the work of Essential Peacemaking/Women and Men in 1992 for the very personal reasons of my wanting to explore my own gender patterns. This work has led me to a much deeper knowing of myself, and a much greater compassion for the difficulties and struggles we seem to have as men and women. I became a trainer for this work in 1993 and have co-led workshops in the U.S. and Canada. I'm always open to travelling to present workshops, and love co-leading with a variety of EP facilitators. Also, it is through the work of Essential Peacemaking that I became more involved in conflict resolution work and my current work is as a Federal Mediator - mediating employment discrimination cases in the NorthWest, U.S. The gift of Essential Peacemaking has truly transformed my life and Iwish to continue to share this gift with others.
